Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Prospecting: Identify and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Client Meetings: Schedule and attend face-to-face meetings with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and present suitable products/services.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to clients.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and prospects.
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates to the sales manager regarding progress, customer feedback, and market intelligence.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of company products/services and communicate their benefits effectively to customers.
- Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients.
- Customer Support: Address customer queries, concerns, and after-sales requirements to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Travel: Frequent travel within the assigned territory to meet customers and explore new business opportunities.
