Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate follow-up interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, screening, scheduling, and offer negotiation.
- Build and maintain a talent pool to meet future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with department managers to understand staffing requirements and develop job descriptions.
- Conduct background checks and verify references for shortlisted candidates.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain and update recruitment records and generate regular hiring reports.
